이용약관
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 스튜디오큐(StudioQ)(이하 ‘운영자’)가 제공하는 앱 Qommon Sense와 그에 딸린 서비스(이하 ‘서비스’)의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
제2조 (약관의 게시와 변경)
- ① 운영자는 이 약관을 웹 사이트(https://qommon.studioq.dev/terms)에 게시합니다.
- ② 운영자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 바꿀 수 있고, 바뀐 내용을 시행 전에 앱이나 웹 사이트에 알립니다. 시행일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
- ③ 앱의 사용 허락에는 Apple의 표준 사용권 계약(https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/)도 함께 적용됩니다.
- ④ 이 약관은 한국어본을 기준으로 합니다. 영어본과 일본어본은 번역입니다.
제3조 (이용)
- ① 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
- ② 서비스는 만 14세 이상이 이용할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (서비스의 내용과 변경)
- ① 운영자는 서비스의 내용, 무료 이용의 범위, 하루에 볼 수 있는 카드의 수, 광고의 횟수를 정하고 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- ② 운영자는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 미리 알릴 수 없는 사정이 있으면 사후에 알립니다.
제5조 (카드의 내용)
- ① 카드는 참고용 일반 정보입니다. 운영자는 카드 내용의 정확성, 완전성, 최신성을 보증하지 않습니다.
- ② 카드를 의료, 법률, 금융, 시험 등에 관한 판단의 근거로 쓰지 마세요.
- ③ 이용자는 카드의 오류를 앱에서 신고할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 신고를 검토하여 카드를 고치거나 내릴 수 있습니다.
제6조 (기록)
- ① 닉네임, 단어장, 학습 기록 등 이용자의 기록은 기기에 저장됩니다. 서비스에는 계정과 기기 간 동기화가 없습니다.
- ② 앱 삭제, 기기의 분실·교체·초기화 등으로 없어진 기록은 운영자가 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다.
제7조 (Qommon+ 구독)
- ① Qommon+는 App Store의 자동 갱신 구독입니다. 혜택, 이용 기간, 가격은 구매 화면과 App Store에 표시된 내용을 따르며, 운영자는 이를 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- ② 결제는 Apple이 처리합니다. 구독은 이용 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신되어 청구됩니다.
- ③ 무료 체험이 있는 상품은 체험이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 유료로 전환되어 청구됩니다.
- ④ 해지는 iPhone의 설정 > 내 이름 > 구독에서 합니다. 앱을 삭제해도 해지되지 않습니다. 해지해도 구독은 이용 기간이 끝날 때까지 유지되며, 법령이 달리 정한 경우를 제외하고 남은 기간의 요금은 돌려드리지 않습니다.
- ⑤ 환불은 Apple의 정책에 따라 Apple에 요청합니다(reportaproblem.apple.com). 디지털 콘텐츠는 제공이 시작되면 관련 법령에 따라 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
제8조 (광고)
- ① 무료 이용에는 광고가 나옵니다. 광고의 내용과 광고주의 상품, 서비스에 대한 책임은 광고주에게 있습니다.
- ② 광고를 보고 받은 카드와 연속 학습 보호는 돈으로 바꾸거나 다른 사람에게 넘길 수 없습니다.
제9조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 앱을 변조하거나 역설계하지 않고, 유료 기능을 정당한 구매 없이 이용하지 않으며, 광고나 보상을 조작하지 않습니다. 카드를 대량으로 수집하거나 복제하여 배포하지 않고, 서버와 서비스의 운영을 방해하지 않으며, 신고 기능을 악용하지 않습니다. 이를 어기면 운영자는 이용을 제한하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.
제10조 (권리의 귀속)
- ① 앱, 카드, Q 캐릭터, 디자인에 관한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 이 약관에 따라 앱을 개인적으로 이용할 수 있을 뿐입니다.
- ② 운영자는 이용자가 보낸 신고와 의견을 대가 없이 서비스에 활용할 수 있습니다.
제11조 (책임의 제한)
- ① 서비스는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 운영자는 서비스가 중단이나 오류 없이 제공된다고 보증하지 않습니다.
- ② 운영자는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 다음 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 카드의 내용을 믿거나 이용하여 생긴 손해
- 알림이 오지 않거나 늦게 온 경우
- 기록이 없어진 경우
- 광고와 광고주의 상품, 서비스로 생긴 손해
- 서비스의 변경, 중단, 장애, 천재지변, 통신 장애로 생긴 손해
- ③ 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 운영자가 지는 손해배상액은 손해가 생긴 날 전 12개월 동안 이용자가 Qommon+에 낸 금액을 넘지 않습니다.
제12조 (문의와 분쟁)
- ① 서비스에 관한 문의는 help@studioq.dev로 보내 주세요.
- ② 이 약관과 서비스의 이용에는 대한민국 법을 적용합니다.
- ③ 서비스에 관한 소송은 관련 법령이 정한 법원에 제기합니다. 법령에 정함이 없으면 운영자의 소재지를 관할하는 법원으로 합니다.

Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions for using the Qommon Sense app and related services (the "Service") provided by StudioQ (the "Operator").
Article 2 (Posting and Changes)
- (1) The Operator posts these Terms at https://qommon.studioq.dev/terms.
- (2) The Operator may change these Terms within the limits of applicable law and will announce the changes in the app or on the website before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you are treated as having agreed to the changed Terms.
- (3) Apple's Standard License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies to your license to use the app.
- (4) The Korean version of these Terms is the governing text. The English and Japanese versions are translations.
Article 3 (Use)
- (1) By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
- (2) You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service.
Article 4 (Service Content and Changes)
- (1) The Operator decides and may change the content of the Service, the scope of free use, the number of cards available per day, and the number of ads.
- (2) The Operator may change or stop all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. If advance notice is not possible, notice is given afterward.
Article 5 (Card Content)
- (1) Cards are general information for reference. The Operator does not warrant that card content is accurate, complete or up to date.
- (2) Do not rely on cards for medical, legal or financial decisions, or for exams.
- (3) You can report card errors in the app. The Operator may review reports and correct or remove cards.
Article 6 (Records)
- (1) Your records, such as your nickname, Notebook and study history, are stored on your device. The Service has no accounts or syncing between devices.
- (2) The Operator cannot recover records lost by deleting the app, or by losing, replacing or resetting a device.
Article 7 (Qommon+ Subscription)
- (1) Qommon+ is an auto-renewing App Store subscription. Benefits, periods and prices are as shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store, and the Operator may change them.
- (2) Apple processes payments. Your subscription renews and is charged automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- (3) A plan with a free trial converts to paid and is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- (4) You can cancel in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. After you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period, and fees for the remaining period are not refunded unless the law requires otherwise.
- (5) Request refunds from Apple under Apple's policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). Once delivery of digital content has begun, withdrawal may be limited as permitted by applicable law.
Article 8 (Ads)
- (1) The free version shows ads. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and for their products and services.
- (2) Cards and Streak Freezes earned by watching ads cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to others.
Article 9 (Your Obligations)
You must not tamper with or reverse engineer the app, use paid features without a valid purchase, or manipulate ads or rewards. You must not collect cards in bulk or copy and distribute them, interfere with the servers or the operation of the Service, or misuse the report feature. If you do, the Operator may restrict or terminate your use.
Article 10 (Ownership)
- (1) Rights in the app, cards, the Q character and the design belong to the Operator or their rightful owners. You may only use the app personally under these Terms.
- (2) The Operator may use your reports and feedback for the Service without compensation.
Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)
- (1) The Service is provided as is. The Operator does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- (2) Unless caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for:
- Losses from relying on or using card content
- Notifications that do not arrive or arrive late
- Lost records
- Losses from ads or from advertisers' products and services
- Losses from changes, interruptions or failures of the Service, natural disasters or network failures
- (3) To the extent permitted by law, the Operator's liability for damages will not exceed the amount you paid for Qommon+ in the 12 months before the loss occurred.
Article 12 (Contact and Disputes)
- (1) Please send questions about the Service to help@studioq.dev.
- (2) These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- (3) Lawsuits about the Service are filed with the court designated by applicable law. If the law does not designate one, the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location applies.

These Terms take effect on October 31, 2026.
利用規約
第1条(目的)
本規約は、スタジオキュー(StudioQ)(以下「運営者」)が提供するアプリQommon Senseおよび関連サービス(以下「本サービス」)の利用条件を定めます。
第2条(規約の掲示と変更)
- ① 運営者は、本規約をウェブサイト(https://qommon.studioq.dev/terms)に掲示します。
- ② 運営者は、関連法令に違反しない範囲で本規約を変更でき、変更内容を施行前にアプリまたはウェブサイトでお知らせします。施行日以降も本サービスの利用を続けた場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
- ③ アプリの使用許諾には、Appleの標準使用許諾契約(https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/)もあわせて適用されます。
- ④ 本規約は韓国語版を基準とします。英語版と日本語版は翻訳です。
第3条(利用)
- ① アプリをインストールまたは利用すると、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
- ② 本サービスは満14歳以上の方が利用できます。
第4条(サービスの内容と変更)
- ① 運営者は、本サービスの内容、無料利用の範囲、1日に見られるカードの数、広告の回数を定め、変更できます。
- ② 運営者は、運営上または技術上の必要に応じて、本サービスの全部または一部を変更または中断できます。事前にお知らせできない事情がある場合は、事後にお知らせします。
第5条(カードの内容)
- ① カードは参考用の一般情報です。運営者はカードの内容の正確性、完全性、最新性を保証しません。
- ② カードを医療、法律、金融、試験などに関する判断の根拠にしないでください。
- ③ 利用者はカードの誤りをアプリから報告できます。運営者は報告を検討し、カードを修正または削除できます。
第6条(記録)
- ① ニックネーム、単語帳、学習記録などの利用者の記録は端末に保存されます。本サービスにアカウントと端末間の同期はありません。
- ② アプリの削除、端末の紛失・交換・初期化などにより失われた記録を、運営者が復旧することはできません。
第7条(Qommon+サブスクリプション)
- ① Qommon+はApp Storeの自動更新サブスクリプションです。特典、利用期間、価格は購入画面とApp Storeに表示された内容に従い、運営者はこれらを変更できます。
- ② 決済はAppleが処理します。サブスクリプションは、利用期間の終了の少なくとも24時間前までに解約しない限り、自動で更新され請求されます。
- ③ 無料トライアルのある商品は、トライアルの終了の少なくとも24時間前までに解約しない限り、有料に移行して請求されます。
- ④ 解約はiPhoneの設定 > ユーザー名 > サブスクリプションから行います。アプリを削除しても解約されません。解約後も利用期間の終了までサブスクリプションは維持され、法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、残りの期間の料金は返金しません。
- ⑤ 返金はAppleのポリシーに従いAppleにリクエストしてください(reportaproblem.apple.com)。デジタルコンテンツは提供が開始されると、関連法令に基づき申込みの撤回が制限される場合があります。
第8条(広告)
- ① 無料版には広告が表示されます。広告の内容および広告主の商品やサービスについての責任は広告主にあります。
- ② 広告を見て得たカードや連続学習の保護は、換金したり他の人に譲渡したりできません。
第9条(利用者の義務)
利用者は、アプリの改ざんやリバースエンジニアリング、正当な購入のない有料機能の利用、広告や報酬の操作を行わないものとします。カードの大量収集や複製・配布、サーバーや本サービスの運営の妨害、報告機能の悪用を行わないものとします。これに違反した場合、運営者は利用を制限または終了できます。
第10条(権利の帰属)
- ① アプリ、カード、Qのキャラクター、デザインに関する権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者は本規約に従ってアプリを個人的に利用できるにとどまります。
- ② 運営者は、利用者から送られた報告や意見を無償で本サービスに活用できます。
第11条(責任の制限)
- ① 本サービスは現状のまま提供されます。運営者は本サービスが中断や誤りなく提供されることを保証しません。
- ② 運営者は、故意または重大な過失がない限り、次の損害について責任を負いません。
- カードの内容を信頼または利用したことによる損害
- 通知が届かない、または遅れた場合
- 記録が失われた場合
- 広告および広告主の商品やサービスによる損害
- 本サービスの変更、中断、障害、天災、通信障害による損害
- ③ 法令が認める範囲で、運営者が負う損害賠償額は、損害が生じた日の前12か月間に利用者がQommon+に支払った金額を上限とします。
第12条(お問い合わせと紛争)
- ① 本サービスに関するお問い合わせはhelp@studioq.devにお送りください。
- ② 本規約と本サービスの利用には大韓民国の法律を適用します。
- ③ 本サービスに関する訴訟は、関連法令が定める裁判所に提起します。法令に定めがない場合は、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所とします。
